HISTORY. Now, Emily Gardner had a father who was a warlock that was rather well known and quite liked. He gave to the poor and helped make the rich a bit more richer. Everyone was quite fond of Theodor Gardner for his unselfish ways and his extreme generousness. He was charming as well, which seemed to have added some points to the local women of many of the different countries. Does this also go for her witch mother? No. In fact, Marianne Clark was apart of an espionage team that drove many of the regions into danger and destruction. She was smart, however, and kept herself safe and hidden from anyone. No one knew what she looked like, what she talked like. They only knew of a silvery wisp of smoke that would seep through cities and towns, damaging and lingering long enough to allow whatever controlled the ghost-like mist to watch the scenes unfold into screams and chaos, death and destruction. The way the blonde-haired woman did her work, watch things collapse under her very footsteps. It was how she liked things to be -- chaotic. When news of this mysterious woman had hit public television and Theodor had discovered where she hid, the two struck a bond instantly. It was only time before Marianne would soon strike the city of Yorkshire, and the two came up with a plan using his charms and her wits. They had nearly destroyed the entire city together, one being the hero and the other playing the role of a villain. To them, it was the perfect crime. In celebration, the two got married rather instantaneously before they lived a life of crime.
It was ten years later when they gave birth to Emily Jane Gardener and her twin sister Evanna Pauline Gardner. Together, the two raised the twins, happy as can be. They never used strict punishment, for they believed that a child will learn through own mistakes, not by teaching them right and wrong. This may have lead Emily into being the villain she is, though one may never know. Although Emily was the most difficult -- for example, always bickering and crying about her sister getting her way all the time -- she was by far the smartest twin. She was the master of manipulation by the time she four. Sadly, however, by the time the twins had turned eight, her sister still had barely enough skills to get her parents to buy her a special wand. Now, Emily did no when to quit, she just chose not too.
By the time she reached the age of fourteen, Emily was granted everything she could possibly want: she was given the largest room of the house and the most expensive, powerful wand money could buy. Her sister, however, had to keep to the smaller room. This lead to extreme jealousy from Evanna. Upon their seventeenth birthday, Evanna and Emily fought. It was far from a verbal argument. Outside their house, the two began to tug and pull at each other, cutting and beating with hands and nails while their friends watched, too hesitant to do anything. Then Emily got the upper hand and Evanna was drowning in the lake. Her parents had left her at the house, taking off in a quick hurry. Emily was alone with her wand and the newfound freedom she had gained.
By the age of twenty-three, she had gotten to meet the acquaintance of several men and wound up marrying one: Gerard Antony Locus, a man of exquisite taste and a lovely black dog familiar. Together, they lived a simple life, though slow as it was to make everything work out. Emily soon took back her maiden name, though she called herself Emily Jane Locus outside the family and friends. She and her husband had soon heard of the death tolls of witches and wizards and warlocks alike. The Prime Minister had ordered thousands of deaths, and Emily and her husband began to wonder. At first, it was merely a thought of joining his agency. Then it grew to a want. Emily had quickly volunteered her life as an agent alongside several other witches and wizards. And now, Emily Gardner stands above them all at the age of thirty-two.
PERSONALITY. Emily is a woman who can be described as having a bite worse then her bark. She is definitely two-faced in this way. She believes that the only way to succeed, she needs to be underestimated. She will happily play the role of a very naive, yet courteous and extremely beautiful woman. During conversations, she can be the cheerful, slightly clumsy woman. In actuality, she will be the exact opposite of that helpful, talkative, and slightly obnoxious lady in the town. She wants people to think she's just a woman with a pretty face, but not quintessence. She plays with the minds of the people, always acting like the outgoing and positive type. She can at times appear a little informal to those in town, but only in conditions of mannerisms. Emily wants everyone to be comfortable and open around her. However, it's all in their head. It is very difficult to find her when she's not pretending to be that lovely lady: she rarely lets her guard down long enough to allow people to find her out. This is a personal choice for her, to let people in. she tests people, watches them, studies how the react to her icy words. She is truly stone-cold and is far from afraid to show this.
Emily is exceedingly mysterious and shallow. She can be distrusting. Emily will be extremely cold, practically distant from everyone. One can say she is very much blunt, which leads to her unwelcoming persona. She is very much straightforward and has no care to saying what happens to be on her mind. This actually guarantees her of her power over most of the other Bludhound members. She is the alpha, she dominates over the rest. You can try to push beyond the facade, which will most likely push you into a fury of insults from the lady. This does not mean she cannot be delicate. She doesn't like when people prod at her, and she will demonstrate that. Emily can appear a bit arrogant in this field. This can make her extremely bigheaded, but she would never try to admit to any sort of self-image. Emily feels that, if she lowers herself to that level, her followers will think very little of her, though she has no clue they already do. People do fear her in many ways, mainly for her cold, ruthlessness when in battle. When one faces the witch, people begin to think twice about this battle. Emily may look adorable, but deep down; she is just as menacing as a massive dragon, if not worse. Of course, no one can expect a pokemon to be worse then her.
However, this does not mean she cannot be gentle. People may actually describe this woman as elegant, poise, and gentle. She has a side of her that may strike many as odd -- she loves children and the elderly, cares, and treats them well during her visits to many of the towns and cities. Emily has a heart of gold hidden deep inside, used only for those she trusts or loves, even cares for. She visits many orphanages around Bludhaven, donating money, making them better for the love of the younger generation. She will sing to them while they sleep at times. This goes for the elderly as well. She has a gentle touch and a warming spirit when it comes to those who cannot defend themselves.
Emily, when she is the mood to play with people and their heads, may try to take advantage of the men she finds alluring and attractive, and when she spots one she finds the most amusing, he may find her flirting. But do not mistake her for an idiot. She does this to gain the upper hand, really. This will cause them to panic after they realize what she is doing. She can be maniacal and a bit twisted as you can clearly tell. She believes very little in common good, but as mentioned above, she has a sweeter, sensitive side as well. She cares for the young and the old, yet dislikes those who dare to stand up to her. One may find a side worse then any mentioned above.
APPEARANCE. Usually, one may find Emily in a garb of pure black lace, whether or not it be gloves with black ribbons or a dress with square, puffy shoulders. She enjoys dressing in this style because of her love for lace. Other times, one may find her in completely black dresses, almost like a gothic-twist with lace; almost witch-like. She may wander about in a rather fancy little hat of black lace as well, fitted with black ribbon and a large, white feather upon it. Emily may paint her nails black or silver, keeping them long and well-groomed. She enjoys keeping her hair that wavy, long platinum blonde. Of course, this is her favorite topic, talking about how lovely her hair is and the like.
Now, besides her garb, she tends to wear plenty of make-up. She loves the look of thick, long eyelashes and dark, well-groomed eyebrows. She is extremely self-centered as you can tell, so a compliment can go a long way for her, since looks are ways Emily can make herself feel even better about herself. Although her hair is a very important topic, she does enjoy talking about her extreme sense of fashion. She is the self-proclaimed queen of the fashion industry, and each time a new line comes out, she will be the first one to know about it. Even her nightgown is quite the expensive choice: a short, silk white dress with lace and a black ribbon, matching almost everything else she owns. Emily is one who sticks to a type of fashion. As one can tell, this fashion is clearly beautiful. Even if fashion no longer matters in this dark world.
Of course, having the body of a model and the gorgeous face of an angel, one could care less if the fashion industry is still up and running. Emily's six-foot-one figure, weighing in at one hundred and fifty-four pounds of muscle, she can be quite the eye candy. With plump lips and full hips, one could never help but double-take a curious glance her way. After all, finding a woman as pure beauty as herself in the arms of the Prime Minister (solely as a protector and agent, of course), is quite a different sight in this place.
